1. Iatroware's "ePCR Sweepstakes" begins April 12, 2007. No purchase necessary. In our website's "Contact Us" page, enter all your information. In the "Inquiry Subject" line enter "ePCR Sweepstakes." Then Submit.

2. Should you wish to enter by mail, provide your name, title, Station name, Station address, telephone number, and email address. Mail your entry to: Iatroware "ePCR Sweepstakes," c/o Anders Associates, Inc., 4416 Andre Street, Midland, Michigan, 48640. Your entry must be received on/before June 25, 2007. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, or misdirected mail.
3. All prizes will be awarded in a random drawing held on/or about June 29, 2007, from among all entries eligible, by Anders Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of entries received. Limit one prize per Station/Agency. Prize: One version/license of IatroChart EMS (ePCR), specific for one vehicle, including software manual, training videos, and 4 hours of on-site training (Approx. retail value $2000.00). Station software requires FileMaker Pro 8.5 not included. No cash equivalents or substitutions allowed except by Iatroware, which retains the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
4. Sweepstakes is open to EMS Agencies in the State of Michigan. Employees of Iatroware, it's affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agency and the families of each are not eligible to participate or win prizes. Sweepstakes are void in all States other than Michigan and where prohibited by law or where Iatroware will be subject to tax. Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. All federal, and state laws and regulations apply. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release which must be returned within 15 days of notification. In the event of disqualification, an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize winner agrees to install software within 2 months of winning Sweepstakes and utilize software for Patient Care Reporting for a period of not less than 1 year. Prize winner authorizes use of his or her name, title, and Agency affiliation and/or likeness for purposes of trade publicity and/or advertising without additional compensation.
5. To receive the Official Rules by which all entrants agree to be bound, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope with your name and address to: Iatroware "ePCR Sweepstakes-Official Rules," c/o Anders Associates, Inc., 4416 Andre Street, Midland, Michigan, 48640.
