IatroChart EMR is an easy to learn, comprehensive, electronic medical records system that allows detailed health-care office management. Five Intended Uses
1. The Physician The Physician uses IatroChartTM to identify the patient, call out the patient's records, and perform all standard procedures. The Physician can also verify the days transactions and set up a back-up procedure. Printouts and updating calculations take place during the night. 2. The Nurse The Nurse can also identfy the patient, call out the patient's records then enter the vitials, check the patient's medications, prepare/verify prescriptions, review drug usage, enter lab results and intra-office messages. 3. The Secretary The Secretary can use IatroChartTM to prepare initial records for the patient, schedule the next visits of the patient, send out notifications and letters. At the beginning of each day, the previous day's files are sorted and the new day's schedules printed out. The Secretary can receive and forward messages and enter lab reports. After a patient visit, the Secretary can attend to billing procedures and print out receipts. 4. The Accountant The Accountant can overview the financial situation on a daily basis and prepare summary reports. The Accountant can also send out prepared (electronic) claims to insurances, receive and enter vouchers, assess patient's accounts, identify patients with over-due bills, and send out standard "dunning letters." 5. Systems Manager IatroChartTM allows the Systems Manager to debug all files, assign access passwords, modify and add layouts, scripts and value list files. |
